Despite my own personal opinions, I was told that fashion week was not a good enough reason to be excused from class.  Not that I had a ticket to anything that even remotely resembled a fashion show, but I wanted to people watch.  I wanted to watch for editors and designers like people watch for celebrities, I wanted to stand amongst some of Paris’s most fashionable, and most of all, I wanted someone (important) to look at me and tell me they liked my outfit.   But while the city was transforming itself into a runway I was learning the ins and outs of French grammar.  But lucky for me there is this beautiful thing called the internet, which allowed me to fill my fashion week while still not failing out of my classes.

Per usual the models, guests, and fans were all dressed impeccably but as always there are a few that stand out.  Below are some of my favorite looks from Paris Couture Fashion week and some tips on how to get the look yourself.
